This was an old style interior setup. The owner requested a more modern interior. This pent had two floors and a staircase behind the kitchen. This was completely changed to more open floor with an open winding staircase. Ceilings were removed to expose the structure and the entire floor plan was changed, to accommodate a open concept linking the 1st floor with second. The stairs were custom built in pieces so the could brought up on the service elevator. Another elevator elevator integrated in the winding staircase was also brought up in pieces. The end result very open modern and open penthouse space.
